Police are appealing for information following two incidents that occurred in Dewsbury on Tuesday 13th November.

The first was between 5pm and 6pm outside the bus station in which a 30 year old woman from Huddersfield was verbally abused by two men.

In the second incident, which involved one man and took place between 7pm and 8pm outside Dewsbury train station, the same woman was punched in the face. She received slight injuries to her eye during the incident.

The first man, who was present only at the first incident is described as an Asian man, five foot 3 to five foot 4 tall, of skinny build, black hair, shaved around the side and very short but brushed forward, 17 to 18 years old, small amount of hair on his chin and face, and eyebrows which joined across the middle.

He was wearing a red coloured T-shirt with a white stripe running vertically down one side at the front.

The second man who assaulted the woman is described as an Asian man, five foot 1 to five foot 2 inches tall, with spiky black hair that ran round the side of his head to the right hand side, aged 17 to 18, with a bit of stubble on his face and chin.

He was wearing a grey hooded top, dark coloured tracksuit bottoms and a baseball cap with a white peak.
