LUTON, UK (May 30, 2012)–Police have come under serious criticism following lack of action with regards to a grooming case.  As per recently received information, family of the the teenage girl who was being groomed and blackmailed by a man reportedly of Pakistani descent using sexual exploitation, had approached police at least four times but had little progress in prosecuting the individuals involved.

On Monday a serious sexual assault took place involving the kidnapping and rape of the teenage Sikh girl by two men, one reportedly from Pakistan, while the other is said to be from Afghanistan. Tensions last night were running high at an emergency meeting called by the local community in Luton which was attended by over 300 Sikhs.  After the meeting, all those present marched to local police station demanding answers and swift action regarding rape case which had taken place.
