Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Deighton on the 5 August.

At around 1:30pm the victim – a 23-year old woman – was at her home on Chalwood in Deighton when there was a knock at her door.

When the woman answered, she was confronted by three men who pushed the victim into the hallway of the house, demanding her mobile phone.

The victim refused to hand her phone over and was assaulted, being knocked to the floor.

The suspects stole a bracelet from the victim before running from the scene.

The victim was left with injuries to her face and arm.

The suspects were described as three Afro-Caribbean or mixed race men in their late teens or early twenties. One was around 5’8″ tall, of medium build and had a squre silver earring in his left ear. He was wearing dark blue jeans, a black jumper and a black Baseball cap with an oversized peak and a silver sticker.
