An Ipswich man has been jailed for seven years for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

John Maw, 24, from Turret Lane, Ipswich was arrested following an investigation carried out by officers from the Ipswich Police Tactical Support Team.

Officers downloaded data from Maw’s mobile phone, which would later be used as evidence in court and eventually lead to his conviction.

Maw was charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine on 24 January 2012.
