A 21 year old man from Northolt has been sentenced at Harrow Crown Court on 3rd August 2011 for the grievous bodily harm of a 35 year old man.
Teniko Thomas, of Swallow Drive, Northolt, was given 30 months prison detention. He was also given a restraining order (under protection from Harassment Act 1997 S5) for five years prohibiting from contact directly or indirectly with the victim.
The defendant eventually pleaded guilty at court after initially denying the offence.
On Friday the 6th January 2012, the victim became involved in an argument with another man who then made a phone call to Thomas.
Thomas arrived at the scene in Kingshill Avenue Hayes and got involved in the altercation. He took a knife and stabbed the victim in the back of his leg, before fleeing the scene. The victim managed to stagger to a nearby shop, where an ambulance was called.
