Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Milton Keynes.

At around 7.15pm on Saturday, 8th September, a 24-year-old man was walking along the Redway, behind Adelphi Street, from the city centre towards Downs Barn, when he was approached from behind by two men. One of the men held a knife to the victim and told him to hand over cash.

The victim gave him approximately £50 but the offenders then asked for his mobile phone. When he refused to handover the phone, the second man held his arms behind his back while the other searched and took his mobile phone.

The offenders punched the victim during the incident, before running off into Campbell Park.

The victim did not require hospital treatment.

The first offender, who had the knife, is black, 6ft, with prominent teeth and approximately 20 years old. He was wearing a black cap, black jacket, black trousers and gloves.

The second offender is black and approximately 20 years of age. He was wearing a blue and white baseball cap and a grey top.
