Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to an assault in Slough which left a man with a fractured eye socket and jaw.

The incident happened on the Godolphin playing fields, near to the Hughenden Road entrance, between 8.50pm and 9pm on Monday (17/9).

The victim, a 19-year-old man, was sat on a bench close to the park exit, with a 23-year-old woman, when they were approached by three men. One of the men initially punched the woman before repeatedly punching the 19-year-old man for no known reason.

The woman suffered soreness to her jaw.

The men are all Asian and in their mid twenties. The man who punched the victims is around 25-years-old, 6ft, with a medium build and black hair. He was clean shaven and wearing a grey hooded top under a black padded jacket.
