POLICE are appealing for information after two men carrying knives ran into a young woman’s home and demanded money.

Essex Police are appealing for any information about the aggravated burglary on Saturday, 22 September in Fairfax Drive, Westcliff at around 5pm.

A woman in her twenties was at home with her young children when three men ran across the back garden and into the house.

Two of the men had knives and demanded money. They searched the house and the woman ran out of the door and called police.

Nothing was taken and the men made off.

The suspects are described as: A black man, stocky build, aged mid to late 20’s, approx 6’00” tall with a beard and wearing dark clothing; the second man is black, skinny build, aged mid to late 20’s and in dark clothing; the third black man is of skinny build, aged mid to late 20’s and in dark clothing.
