Yunus Chehalfi, 19, knifed Anton Brown after he asked Chehalfi’s pal Alhusain Ali to take his feet off the seat so he could sit down.
Mr Brown, who was on his way to work, was stabbed three times and repeatedly punched, and was only saved from ‘serious’ injuries by the puffa jacket he was wearing.
The attack, which happened at Victoria bus station in central London on November 2010, left Mr Brown unable to travel on buses and ‘anxious’ when in the company of strangers.
Chehalfi, of Victoria, had earlier pleaded guilty at Southwark Crown Court to affray and was convicted of one count of wounding following a trial.

3 posts, and what scintillating wisdom contained in each!
Witness the enriching contribution of Abdulllah (does it have 3 l’s normally?) to British society. Lucky us.

I Thought You Would Have A Better Life Than Commenting On People’s Mistakes – Poor Man ):
Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 10:45 pm
Is that commenting on your (now corrected) mistake with Abdulllah, or on the ‘mistake’ of Chehalfi stabbing someone repeatedly for the cardinal crime of asking someone to take their feet off a bus seat?

Were You Even There For You To Be Judging Someone With You Even Knowing The Details , Let Me Think .. NO !
Now I Suggest You Go To Sleep As It Is Past Your Bedtime.

I was there approving your post as Abulllah since it wouldn’t have appeared if I hadn’t (a ty would be nice for correcting your error btw).
I was not there at the stabbing, I tend not to associate with any Chehalfis wherever they may be. Were you? Are the courts wrong? Tell us why.
And really, it’s tiresome people responding with rubbish like go to bed, oooh you’re too old, juvenile idiocy rubbish. Is that bad English, perhaps you’d like us to pay for a translator? Or just the best argument you can manage?
Please, discuss, debate, but at least be adult about it. Ty.
*edit* Ps, every word doesn’t need to open with a capital letter in a comment. Schools today, us oldies do at least know where a capital letter is needed 😉

You’re So Funny. I’ll Write How I Like&I’ll Do What I Like.
SWN : No you won’t, not here unless I choose to approve it. You dodged the question I asked in my post too – were you there when Chehalfi stabbed this man?.
I R Too CAn Right in Bad CApitalised English BtW, Can I Join The Abdullah (or Abdulllah, comes to something when I need to point out how to spell Abdullah) Club NowZ?
Oh, and approving your double post into this one, you also posted to say that :
Oh ThankYou For The Big Speech , Let’s Give You A Round Of Applause.
Thank you is two words. Thank you for the applause though. I hear boos from the gallery for your avoiding the question though – if I am not allowed to report or comment on this incident because I was not there, were you there to offer a valid opinion?

Since you’re following away on comments, here’s a post just so you get an email – one thinks you’d have better things to do.

I just noticed this. I think Abdullla needs another email.
Hey Abdullla, were you there at the Crusades? How do you know the Christians did anything to the Muslims? Are you in Afghanistan and Iraq? How do you know the American troops are doing anything to the Muslims?
You should follow my blog too, plenty of news stories where I wasn’t personally there.

Lol good thinking.
I reckon Abdull(l)ah has fled knowing that he’s well and truly bested here. Probably worked out that since he wasn’t there when the Koran was written he’d probably best not have any opinion/follow it, and therefore has committed a terrible sin against Allah. No virgins in paradise for him, what shocking heresy.

Is Yunus chehalfi really guilty?
I was there, Chehalfi did not stab Anton Brown he punched him and admitted that in the Crown court. The attak was provoked by Anton Brown as he was moving intdimating towards Alhusain Ali who had his feet on the seat. Anton Brown walked all the way to the back seats which Alhusain Ali’s feet were on( even though there was over 18 free seats). He then demanded that the feet come off in order to appear the dominator. This resulted in Alhusain Ali taking his feet off the seat not to cause any problem which was unessasery. Unaware of Alhusains intentions of diffusing a potential brawl between the two Yunus chehalfi felt he should challange the large 6foot male by asking him why he has come across in such an evil bullying mannor, Anton brown once again displayed an attitude which was intimidating by exchanging harsh and threatning words. Chehalfi had no choice but to stand and fight for his right to feel safe on the bus and gave an astonishing right hook to Anton Brown, which followed by a left jab. Yunus chehalfi was part of a group of four Including Alhusain Ali and two others, the group all stood up and felt the need to give this agressive big headed troublemaker a beating, one of them made a silly choice and peirced anton brown with a sharp object not yet classified.
All 4 boys were arrested and held in custody.
Trial 1- Alhusain Ali and other Two were proven Guilty of affray by the Crown court and sentenced following the charge of wounding dropped. However Yunus chehalfi was still on the wounding charge morover the crown and the jury could not come up with the decision to prove him guilty.
Trial 2- 1 and half years later Yunus chehalfi was proven guilty by the crown and jury for wounding with intent to do grevies body harm. And was sentenced to 4 and half years in jail.
Now you have just read a detailed honest veiw of a person who was present in this situation and was in the heat of the action.
You make up your mind.
Is Yunus chehalfi really guilty?
Innocent but guilty. Does not make sense yet it is the truth. Corruption.
